CONCEPT
Sunlight filtering through the canopy of a forest might be difficult to find in the busy streets of New York City, but at Hotel 92, guests can experience a one-of-a-kind stay that will relax, rejuvenate, and root them in their environment. Floor to ceiling windows on all sides of the building provide stunning views over the East River and Main Street Park below. Patterns inspired by the vibrant neighborhood of DUMBO are combined with natural textures and soft colors to create a relaxing space for guests to unwind after a busy day or a long journey. Fractal patterns are used in combination with glittering silver tones that are reminiscent of light shining through the trees. Concrete and steel root the space in its urban environment but are balanced by soft paint colors and large, sun drenched rooms.

Suite Living Room
(Suites have views of the East River and lower Manhattan, letting in lots of natural light and providing calming views of the water and Main Street Park below.)

King Bedroom
(A typical king room)

Entrance
(The entry way features a grand staircase that leads guests up to the reception desks. Guests who would prefer to take the elevator are directed a little farther down the hall to the elevator lobby which empties out at reception.)

Overlook into Conference Room
(On either side of staircase on the second floor there are cafe tables where guests can enjoy a coffee while looking out over the river and park and a separate conference room for business meetings.)

Reception Desks
(Reception desks allow guests to approach from any side to check in or ask questions. This helps reduce waiting times and make the space feel more open.)

Bar(A large bar is open to the public and serves drinks as well as small appetizers while the restaurant space on the top floor offers sweeping views and is available to be rented by a local restaurant.)
